Basic Qualifications:

• SES Candidates: Must meet the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) set by OPM.
• ST Candidates: Must possess exceptional scientific, engineering, or research expertise at the national level.
• SL Candidates: Must have highly specialized knowledge in critical government functions.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
